Cookies Policy

This policy explains how we may use cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website. It also describes the choices available through your browser and any cookie controls displayed by Spinz.

Cookies help us provide website features, remember choices, protect our services and understand whether pages are working as intended. The cookies available can change as we add, remove or update features.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website can place on your device. It may help the website recognise a browser, remember a choice or understand how a page and its features are performing.

Local storage, pixels and other similar technologies can carry out related functions. In this policy, we use the word cookies to include those technologies where the context allows.

Some cookies last only for the current browser session. Others remain until their set expiry time or until you remove them. Their duration depends on the purpose of the cookie and the service that provides it.

Essential cookies

Some cookies may be needed for our website to load securely and provide a feature you request. They can support page delivery, security and basic website operation.

Blocking essential cookies through your browser may cause parts of Spinz to stop working as expected. Where consent is required for optional cookies, essential cookies are handled differently because they support services you request and the operation of our website.

Preference cookies

Preference cookies may remember choices that affect how a page is displayed or behaves. They can reduce the need to select the same setting again during a later visit.

Deleting these cookies may remove a preference you previously selected. If that happens, you may need to make the choice again the next time you use Spinz.

Performance cookies

Performance cookies may help us understand how our pages are used, diagnose faults and improve website performance. The information can show whether a feature loads correctly or whether visitors encounter a technical problem.

Not every cookie category will necessarily be active on every visit. The cookies used can depend on the features available and the choices you make.

Marketing cookies

Marketing cookies may measure campaigns or support relevant promotional activity where those technologies are enabled and permitted. Your communication preferences for a Spinz account can be managed in My Profile under My Account. We send relevant offers only where you have agreed to receive marketing material.

Your cookie choices

If Spinz displays cookie controls, you can use them to review or change the optional categories available at that time. You can also use your browser settings to delete stored cookies, block future cookies or receive a notice before a cookie is saved.

Browser controls differ by browser and device. Check the help area in your browser for the instructions that apply to you. Blocking or deleting cookies may affect saved preferences and website functions.

Services provided by others

Some pages may include content or features supplied by another organisation. That organisation may set or read its own cookies when you choose to use the feature. Its cookies are governed by the terms and controls shown for that service.

Questions about cookies

If you have a question about cookies used by Spinz, contact our support team at [email protected]. Do not include your password, full payment card number or other sensitive security information in an email.

We may update this policy when our website, cookie controls or applicable requirements change. The current version is the one published on this page.
